My San Francisco office is located on the corner of Bush and Octavia near the Japantown/Lower Pac Heights neighborhoods. There is 2 hour street parking, as well as a parking garage at Japan Center. To enter the building, enter the door code which will be emailed to you, and then take a left, going down to the end of the hall, then taking a right and enter suite 115 to wait in the waiting room. There is a bathroom at the other end of the building and the bathroom code is on the bulletin board in the waiting room of suite 115. My Corte Madera office is located at 300 Tamal Plaze, Ste. 280. When you drive into the parking lot, park and walk up the few steps under the "300" on the building. On the left there are doors to the building, go inside, walk up the stairs, then turn right. It is Suite 280 and says "Marin Wellness" on the front door.
